At the end of 2017 the theme on my website went obsolete and leave me with a few options I didn’t like much, besides some personal events prevented me from putting too much time on fixing my website and just switched to another provider.
At first it was fine, but the more I try to customize my site the more complicated it was, not on the technical side, but rather on the performance. A year ha passed already and finally am able to come back to my old site and build it a new.
Found an interesting theme and it seems to fit my style of art rather well, dedicated a weekend to learn the basics of WordPress and finally got my site running again to my liking.
My new, now old site is still there and rather than deleting the traffic it has provided during 2018, I just re-purpose it, by making it into my own “linktree”, notice that site on some Instagram posts and wanted to so my own, but why bother opening yet another account somewhere else when I already have a space for it.
This year I’m going to start doing a project that I been wanting to do for decades, literally, and for that I needed to “clean” my place here in the internet.
Well, is already March, lets us say that for me the new year starts on spring! 🙂
